Was the worst place I have ever been too. The male manager was rude and the food was horrible. Not one person had gloves on and... they were picking food up with their bare hands. The food was extremely cold and there were cigarettes laying everywhere, Iwould definitely never go there again. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. The manager went out to smoke and came back in with out washing his hands and started to touch the fries... with no gloves. The man cooking the food had no gloves on. When we confronted the manager he was extremely rude and just walkedaway. Read more

Went to drive thru. If I wanted to talk to a damned ROBOT, I'd call my utilities company. I did not complete my order, drove... off, won't be back again. If you are unable to train folks to take orders, then that sounds like a TRAINING ISSUE that needsresolved. This was the worst McDonald's I've been to in 20 years. The bathroom was filthy, there was no soap for washing hands and there... was a full CIGARETTE - once lit - on the counter where you order food. The staff was yelling at each other and they forgot myorder. I had to remind them 5 mins later. My reviews are overwhelmingly positive... Not today Red Oak McDonalds. Read more
We went through the drive through and the robot messed up our order, we asked to speak to a worker instead of the robot. After... ordering our food they gave us the wrong food, and no receipt so we went inside to get our correct order. They threw the ordertogether and the food and it is very sloppy. Read more
