Always busy which sometimes can be a little hectic. If the manager is on the register. He never allows the girl to get on the... register to help him out.. instead he says I?ll get it. I have been treated with kindness, and respect. I'm greeted when I walk in, the greeting is sincere. I've actually changed my... normal store of 7 years to this 7 eleven. You have an amazing team that has excellent customer skills, and shows amazing teamplayer skills evidenced by the kindness they show when training new staff as well as showing care and concern for one another bynot leaving the other by them selves. Much improved since the beginning, the employee turnover is crazy, but most employees have been friendly. There was one employee... who turned the gas pump off while there were 2 people pumping gas..I had just finished. My daughter was in the store and heardthe girl say, "too bad, it's shift change" thats pretty rude. Unfortunately right now the rewards program isnt working and 711corporate site wont accept emails, so I guess they are ok with rudeness! Read more
