Tried the new fish and chips. Fries were very good, fish small and not much flavor. Staff we're friendly.
I wish they would slice the roast beef into THIN slices like always.. Don't change things up and slice it into thicker slices,... it's not good like that.. Felt like I was eating a thick sliced piece of brisket.. Roast beef is suppose to be thin shaved..Won't be doing that again.. when they are doing good, Arby's done gone and messed up a good thing. This is one of my favorite spots in Red Oak. The Salted Caramel Cookies are always warm and delicious. The staff is always... friendly and courteous. There are lots of young people working every time I go and they always go above and beyond withexcellent customer service. The parking area is clean. I highly recommend the sweet potato waffle fries too. Read more
We love Arby's! It's sad that Waxahachie doesn't have one anymore so we rarely get to have it. Luckily we we're in Red Oak today... and I remembered there was one on Ovilla Rd. As soon as we walked in it smelled like sewage. I hope they get that fixed soon.The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. I tried the Bacon Beef N' Cheddar which was great! I added some SpicyThree Pepper sauce which was more sweet than spicy but tasted good. Over all impressed with this location but again I hope theyfix that smell! Read more
Food is good, staff are slow and not that smart. Tables are hit and miss as far as being clean. Carry out order is 15 to 20 mins... at least even if they are not busy. Read more
