Service is bad because no communication for the deaf/hard of hearing. There's always pointing out without knowing what kind of... meat or vegetables. I hates that when they don't speak clearly and wearing their masks. No writing notes or anything. Alwayshave to hurry to order in the line while there's so many people. Wish they setup new screens in the front for the deaf people.I'm tired of hearing people because they're annoying me when they're in the hurry line. I came here few times. Nothing is newhere. We all know Chipotle, we all eat Chipotle. Love the chips and queso. I could eat here once a week, oh wait I do. Staff is... friendly and helpful, always clean. Ok getting in and out of this locations parking lot is a challenge. Go check it out. Read more
If ordering online or via the app DO NOT select or pay for double protein when choosing more than one protein. This is because... the employees do not pay attention and they will not give you the double meat despite you paying extra for it. I had the sameissue at the Desoto Chipotle, I assumed Red Oak Chipotle paid more attention to detail but I guess not. Let me break down whatis happening. So, when you order on the app if you choose double protien on a single protien it loads up as ×2. Normally thestore gets this right. Now, if you choose 2 protien, like chicken and beef, it loads up as 1/2 and 1/2 for each one. When youchoose to double it, and accept the upcharge, it then becomes 1X and 1X. The problem is that the employees are failing torecognize the different 1/2 and 1/2 and 1 and 1, thus they will still only give you half and half despite you paying extra fordouble. Chipotle management: I recommend you retrain your employees so that they can recognize the double protien on onlineorder when more than one meat is chosen. One shouldn't have to check their bag and open up their order to ensure accuracy. Read more

The food was really good and my order was already prepared by the time I made it to the restaurant. I pre-ordered online and... glad I did as there was a long line at the drive-through window and inside the restaurant as well; great experience! Read more
Dirtiest Chipotle line I've seen in a while. The visible prep area wasn't any better. Worker uniforms dirty and unkempt.... Employees looked miserable except for one very nice, enthusiastic young man. My food was cold and not very flavorful, nottypical of Chipotle. The barbacoa was not shredded at all but instead came in huge chunks with fat. At check out the cashierforgot to put my chips in the bag. Here we grow again. I am really in need of some real food.. with a ravaging appetite, actually a dreadful hunger since I missed... lunch and it's now dinner time, I'm tempted to stop at the first food joint I come across. However; I pull to the side of theroad and literally Google "real food to eat near me" I mean isn't Google the best! And lo and behold! Chipotle Mexican Grillpops up. I accept the results and tap the direction key. I typically ride share Chipotle for my daughter when she text me, "I'mhungry." As a matter of fact I have her order saved so with a couple of taps her Chipotle is delivered to her door front. Well,now it's Dad's turn. I enter through the double doors and there's a line. Actually, with their social distancing in place andcooperating patrons, the line to order food is backed up to the entrance doors. It doesn't matter, especially when I enter thosedoors and smell the flavorful fresh sauteed peppers and onions....to start. Incidentally the line is moving so fast that whenit's my turn I'm still trying to decide from the wide variety of dishes and the options of how to have my dish servedup. Because I still have a 20 minute drive ahead of me, leaving Waxahachie on the way to my Dallas hotel room, I decide tochoose the bowl option. Oh man, I tell you building that bowl with all those options was like Christmas morning trying to decidewhich present to open first. I make my options, pay for my meal and I'm off to settle and enjoy my dinner. When I say fresh foodthat's because there are no other words to describe the palate-pleasing, well seasoned, fresh cooked and perfectly packaged mealfrom Chipotle Mexican Grill. Plenty of food for two meals and the cost, well if you want more bang for your buck and freshcooked wholesome food Chipotle Mexican Grill, is a place where you get restaurant quality for fast food options.
