The drive thru just told me they couldn't put a cherry on my ice cream unless I ordered a Sunday. My daughter was disappointed... since she's been getting that for months. We are heading to sonic instead where they will do that. Read more

For the past month, Whataburger, Taco Bell, and McDonald's have been taking an average of 8-10 minutes per car ahead of me. This... DQclocation has averaged 4-6 minutes per car. This location used to be ok, now it?s terrible. I thought I?d try it out again to see if they changed employees or something but... nope still a low effort restaurant. Mc Donald?s is better than this and I consider them the worst of the burger places. Read more

There were approximately 7 cars in front of me but we waited because the inside was locked. I ordered 3 tacos and chicken... strips for my babies. After 10-12 minutes I get to the window and am handed the order. We stopped by the gas station and Ilooked- the order was correct and had all the condiments requested. But I was so disappointed in how my tacos looked. Theylooked like they were thrown together literally. I took receipt out and called. After several rings a woman answered she askedme to hold. The cashier that took my order came on the line. I explained that this was not acceptable and would like a newbetter prepared order or my money back. Now parked in front of their front door I explained "I understand that the sign righthere says due to a staffing shortage the inside is closed but this will not work." She said she'd make my order again and bringto the car, which she did. It was much better! Read more

The service was good. Ppl in drive through were nice. Food, not so much. My mother ordered a steak finger basket. Her fries... were overcooked. Her toast wasn't toasted at all. I ordered a chicken taco salad. The portion of chicken was like a chickentender. The portion of salad was like a side salad. They did plate the salad separate from the shell as I'd asked. The sidesalad with the chicken tender was $6.49 plus tax. ???? So sad. Photo included. Read more
