The chicken sandwich was the best part of the meal however all though good, the pizza wasn't at the level that you'd expect at... the price point. The pizza lacked in flavor, cheese and sauce which were the primary contributors to it beingunderwhelming. Everytime I go I?m greeted by the same guy who refuses to take my order, or just says ? oh we?re out of that ? ?we are too busy... you?re gonna have to wait a while? very rude man it always happens to me I am beginning to think he is just racist because it?sthe same white guy. Waited an hour for my pizza to be delivered, and it was one pizza short when I received it. When I called up there I waited on... the phone for 30 minutes and they said that it was busy but they would re deliver the missing pizza. 3 hours later I stillhadn't received my pizza. I called and waited on the phone for an hour and a half and still hadn't spoke to a live person. Idrove up to the store and shared my frustration with the staff. They told me they were just so busy. I get being busy but nottoo busy to pick up the phone. I asked for the general manager name so I could talk about my experience, and I was told thatthey couldn't give out employee information. He gave me a number to file a complaint and when I called that,the automated voicesaid to contact the store in my area and then hung up. Overall very disappointing experience. Read more
Waited an hour after placing the order for a delivery. I called to at least switch the order to carry-out and no one picked up.... By the time my husband actually went up to the store to see what was going on, he sees that they are fully staffed and ignoringthe phones. Omg! I ordered online and in 20 seconds it told me Zachary was working on my order and I could head to the store. I did and my... order was HOT & READY! I had been watching the commercials, and was hoping that it was good and believe me it WAS! The servicewas great and the staff was friendly. Although I had to drive, it was worth it! Read more
