Usually service is pretty good, this time not so much. I ordered 6 wings with mashed potatoes/gravy and cole slaw and I was told... it would take 15mins and a receipt would be in my bag. Fifteen minutes later a young lady came out with my order and I said didit come with a biscuit, she said no, I asked could I get a biscuit and she went back in to check. In the meantime I checked theorder and there was no cole slaw or potatoes and gravy. She (the young lady) came back out and said her manager told her, inorder for me to get a biscuit I had to go back through the drive thru to order one. I mentioned that the side items I orderedwere not in the bag and I went over the order and she went back inside. A few minutes later she came back out, without my sideitems and asked if I ordered a pot pie, I said no and repeated my order again (all this time I was talking very calmly noyelling) she went back inside and a few minutes later she finally came out with my side items said sorry about the wait, I saidthank you and left. Again normally a good experience this time not so much and the wings weren't even that big and I didnt getmy receipt which would've shown my whole order, which was repeated at the window. Read more
I went in, I wasn't even noticed for at least 20 minutes. I tried to get the attention of the staff. There was A guy there... when I arrived. He stated he was there for awhile. I left went to another place to eat. To the manager, most people don'tcomplain. They just don't come back. Like me. Read more
I enjoy KFC but since it opened in Red Oak, the workers always seem to get my order wrong. I tell them "potatoes with no gravy"... and I get potatoes covered in gravy! I ask for extra crispy and receive original recipe! If my order is correct the 1st time, myexperience would be much better but having to constantly return to get my order corrected is not acceptable. Horrible!!!!! Ordered online, got there 15 mins after time the time order was supposed to be done. They hadn?t even dropped my... wings. There was another person there same had happened with him. They finally get my order ?ready? and the chicken iscompletely raw inside. Read more
We went through the drive threw and ordered a bucket of extra crispy. They said it would be a 6 minute wait and told us to pull... around to the front and they would bring it out. We waited over 30 minutes, so finally my son went in to see what was wrong. Ittook 5 minutes for them to talk to him and no other customers were there. Then they apologized and said they forgot about ourorder. They gave us an extra drink for our wait. The food was good but the service was horrible. Read more
At 6:15 pm when I tried to order at the drive through, they told me they were doing a shift change and that I wouldn?t be... allowed to order for another 20 minutes. Really terrible management If they have to make customers wait that long to order at afast food restaurant. The restaurant closes at 10pm and they?re doing a shift change 4 hours before closing? This KFC location is not up to par with KFC standards. I went through the drive thru today, ordered a 3 piece combo... specifically with fries. The service was pretty fast but no 'thank you' for your order what-so-ever. I got home ready to eatmy chicken only to find that I had no fries but mash potatoes and gravy instead. There were three pieces of chicken, exactlytwo thighs and a drumstick that evidently had been under the heat light for sometime. The food was not fresh and the chickentasted like a cardboard carton. I would have thought that they could have included a piece of breast meat. I didn't evenfinish the first piece of chicken and ended up throwing the entire meal away. Normally, I would have taken the chicken meat offthe bone and given it to my dogs but honestly, I didn't even want to subject my dogs to such a sorry meal. This is the thirdtime I have patronized this location and each time has been a disappointment. This time I felt compelled to at least voice myexperience because it was really THAT bad. Read more
Soggy ugly chicken. Skin falling off. The manager (Lenora) was working the drive through with a terrible attitude... We ordered... 8 piece Dark family meal and were 1st served mostly breast. When we called her back to the window to correct it she becameargumentative insisting we pull around to the front and wait for remake. We refused.
