We went to eat at the red oak location. It was our 1st time visiting this restaurant. We ordered a pizza and and a chicken pita... sandwich. They brought the pizza out but no sandwich. I waited a bit more and went and asked the girl about the sandwich. Ididn't get much of a response but she said OK. Waited about 10 to 15 more minutes still no sandwich. At this point my husbandwas almost done with the pizza so I just went to ask for a refund. I did not get much of an apology or explanation. It was quitestrange. Needless to say we will not go back. Milton went above and beyond! We ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy in our family. It somehow touched a regular... pizza and even though we didn?t see it he cut off the contaminated portion, told us what had happened, and made us a smalladditional pizza to make up for the lost portion. This was incredibly thoughtful and we very much appreciate his honesty andintegrity. Now we don?t have to worry about anyone in our family getting sick. One of the worst dining experiences of my life so far. When ordering I noticed that the menu and inside hadn?t changed that much... from the restaurant that it originally was (Palio?s). So naturally I went for the margarita pizza which I remembered liking fromPalio?s. I also noticed they had soup, tomato basil to be exact, so I ordered a cup of soup as well. After ordering and sittingdown I made the mistake that I would get the soup first. About 20 minutes after ordering, my pizza came out which was amargarita pizza with no spinach or mozzarella. I also asked where my soup was and they said it was coming out soon. So I ate thepizza waiting for soup and it tasted ok enough to eat but was not impressive. After another 20 minutes roll by they finally getmy soup out which is no way tomato basil. It was watery and thin and tasted like watered down marinara sauce. I also noticedthat they were heating the bowls of soup through the pizza conveyor oven! Will not be returning unless they figure out how toproperly run a restaurant. Read more
This place is garbage! Does not deserve ONE star! Ordered pizza for takeout. 2 pizzas to be exact! 40.00!!!! Pizza was so soggy... in the middle we could not eat it I mean so soggy that the box was wet. Had to throw away a whole pizza. Called the restaurantspoke with a young lady (after placing me on hold 3 times) just to come back and tell me unfortunately they can?t give me arefund. Understood, we ate around the outside of one but the rest had to be trashed, I said well can you at least give me halfof my money back, she said no. It?s okay lesson learned. Went to order today on 07/08/2021 and will not be coming back. Atmosphere: cozy, nice, and welcoming. Food: everything is... literally frozen. Sauce isn?t made in house, definitely canned. Cheese sticks are frozen and no flavor. Tiramisu is so frozen,it can be picked up with a plastic fork. Wings came burnt. Pizza is good but definitely not worth coming back. Came here withlow expectations and they were barely met. I?m not a picky eater but if I?m ordering pizza and food from a place that has?gourmet? in it, I would expect something to be made in house. Just get your 5.99 pizza special elsewhere, it?ll be more freshanyways. Read more
Online it shows the restuarant closed at 1030pm and I arrived at 9:50pm. I saw on the door 10pm close time so I went in and... asked what is the right time and they confirmed 10pm. I was going to leave but they guy at the front said it is okay, we aretechnically still open and helped me get my late order in. I felt terrible because I know it stopped the workers from gettingoff on time but I appreciated that they let me place the order and got to get yummy fresh pizza.
