Ordered beef and broccoli bowl...there's literally 2-3 tiny pieces of beef!
I was very disappointed in my order. I will be calling tomorrow. I ordered Broccoli beef, orange chicken with 1/2 super greens... and 1/2 chow mein. They didn't have steamed/white rice. We have been to this location several times and almost every time they are out of what we order. Today we asked for Teriyaki... chicken and were told it would be a 10 minute wait. This was our last time to give them another chance. Read more
Got home and my chicken was undercooked. I called just to let them know . Wasn?t asking for a refund or anything just didn?t... want other people getting sick. Woman on the phone only responded with ?ok? after letting her know. Didn?t even offer anapology. I had to cook the rest of my uncooked chicken . Smh. Read more
I?m glad I didn?t let the other reviews dissuade me. Last time we were looking at dinner options I skipped this location because... of bad reviews that it was ?going downhill.? I found our experience tonight to be the opposite! The food was flavorful,colorful, and fresh. The Beijing Beef was very tasty, the fried rice was solid (for fast food Chinese), and the Orange Chickenwas on point! The Super Greens were fresh and delicious, as was the Broccoli Beef. I usually am not the biggest Panda fan, andseveral months ago our orders were sub-par. However tonight was excellent! I recommend giving them a try. Although their food is A1, their employees when it's concerning accuracy and customer service NEEDS A LOT of work. When a... business provides Top notch customer service, it is also able to keep it's loyal customers and new visitors. Each time I havecame the food has been super good but the CS is poor.
