You can never go wrong at any Racetrac. The stores are always well stocked, clean, and friendly staff.
I've been sitting at this gas station since about 3:17 this morning after pushing my car down the service road about two miles... to get here barefooted out of gas I I was awoken by the store manager to push my car out of a stall into a parking space so hecould free up the stall for Revenue and not once did he ask about why I was here if there was anything he could do to help andnot once has he checked on me since he is come out several times from inside the store and has look at me and then gone backinside and carried on with what he does the manager of the store has absolutely zero compassion for anything else except for hisRevenue I do not think that is the representation that racetrack would like to have from it's leadership Read more
The fact is I like this store but find it very difficult to give them five stars. The staff, by in large, is friendly and the... store is well lit and clean. My biggest complaint with them is that on almost any given day their credit card processing on thetwo end pumps are out. I usually fill up my car there once a month but I get frustrated when I pull in and the machines are notfunctioning properly. Read more
Worst store EVER.... There was a huge mess on the floor in front of the rest rooms, looked like they had a pipe burst. Pools of... water n soda covering both entrances. And the 2 clerks standing behind the counter seemed to be oblivious to that obstaclecourse on the floor right next to them. Trash can next to the sandwich and cold snacks and once again, neither one of the clerkslooked like they worked ther. Granted they did have a few customers in line...BUT, one could at least get the water hazardcleaned up. Rest Rooms were filthy..... Read more
I like how convenient this RaceTrac is on my way to work. Made leveling up very easy in their rewards program. The store is... clean and workers are friendly. It is a bit on the older side (20 yrs or so), but nice enough. Read more
They have new coffee machines and a new manager who is awesome! The machines grind and brew your coffee on the spot. The manager... and most of the morning staff are on top of things. Plus they put a CUTX ATM and now I can withdraw for free. Love coming here! Read more
