My mother and I have been comming here for years, and have slowly seen a decline in survice and food quality. Today however was... the worst we have ever experienced. Firstly my mother ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and our waitress put in just a cheeseburger,the fries were luke worm. After our waitress dropped off the food she never returned. A few times we could see her around therestrant, once talking on the phone, and once, by the bar register with a wad recites. Most of the rest of the staff were verypolite with the situation, one of the managers however was the first to say he would do somthing about it, and never did. Inconclusion I'd rather have eaten at burger King, and will never be returning to this store Read more
Our waiter was Hannah and she was absolutely wonderful, super nice... but the manager felt the need to talk to us to be nice but... just made it more annoying and when we got our food, my salmon was burnt at the bottom and the mashed potatoes were COLD. Ordered Curb Side. Just a simple appetizer platter. The order was said to be done at 1:05. We waited over 30 minutes in the... parking lot. We finally called back, and were told they straight up ?forgot? about us. Then a lady in the parking lot informedus that they?re infamous for not checking their Curbside Orders. Kind of ridiculous. The food should?ve been remade at thatpoint. It was obviously cold by the time we received it. Not going to be going to this location anymore. We?ll take our businessto the other restaurants in town. I love the food and workers. Such a good job , the best I hae in a while
When here with my family for lunch and man was it bad and I don?t know where to begin. First off they were unable to just keep... our glasses filled with water. Next it was an hour and ten minute wait to get food and when we did get food the burgers andfries were cold. The buns had sat under the warmers for so long they were as hard as a rock and the wings were freezing cold andswimming in sauce. We brought these food issues with the staff which they kept apologizing saying it got busy but for our firsthalf hour after ordering we were the only table in the place. Then when the manager came over she didn?t ask if we wanted newfood or something else, she just brought dessert for free and said that it was removed from the bill.
