Love the place eat a lot of the pizza but the fact that I?m a sports parent and we came back to get pizza on sports day on... First I was having issues with online ordering so I called. The person on the phone said I had to order online but I explained... I was having trouble. He said they only take orders online. I tried again and got it done, however it would not take my coupon. We went to pick it up and the doors was locked and only ONE person in the store. It took a bit to get our order. Once home webaked it right away because we were hungry. It didn't have any taste, rather bland compared to others we've had there before. Both of us ended up sick and nauseous. First...... I'm unhappy I couldn't use my coupon. Second...... unhappy with my phone callresponse. Third....... why is there only one person in the store trying to keep up? New update, tried it again online. Ordered 40 some odd dollars of pizza and went there after work to pick it up. They were... closed due to cleaning the place. There was nothing online about it being closed. When I was there, the internet said they areopen. To make it worse they charged me for the pizza. I have emailed them tried calling and NOTHING!!!!! I WILL GET MY MONEYBACK!!!! IT IS A WORTHLESS PLACE DO NOT GO THERE. I ordered online at 2 ish and wanted to pick it up at 5. When I got there,there was a line. I understand that due to the covid. When I got in my pizza wasn't even done and this was at 5:15. I did get myorder till 5:25. The sad part is this is the second time they done that. Read more
