Love the place eat a lot of the pizza but the fact that I?m a sports parent and we came back to get pizza on sports day on... First I was having issues with online ordering so I called. The person on the phone said I had to order online but I explained... I was having trouble. He said they only take orders online. I tried again and got it done, however it would not take my coupon. We went to pick it up and the doors was locked and only ONE person in the store. It took a bit to get our order. Once home webaked it right away because we were hungry. It didn't have any taste, rather bland compared to others we've had there before. Both of us ended up sick and nauseous. First...... I'm unhappy I couldn't use my coupon. Second...... unhappy with my phone callresponse. Third....... why is there only one person in the store trying to keep up? New update, tried it again online. Ordered 40 some odd dollars of pizza and went there after work to pick it up. They were... closed due to cleaning the place. There was nothing online about it being closed. When I was there, the internet said they areopen. To make it worse they charged me for the pizza. I have emailed them tried calling and NOTHING!!!!! I WILL GET MY MONEYBACK!!!! IT IS A WORTHLESS PLACE DO NOT GO THERE. I ordered online at 2 ish and wanted to pick it up at 5. When I got there,there was a line. I understand that due to the covid. Waited outside to order because they only allow 4 people in the store. Not a problem. However when it was my turn to order some... guy walks in thinking he's more important than everyone else because he's picking up. Employees started yelling someone needs toleave. Should have made the last guy that came in leave but instead I had to leave and wait longer to order. They were busy so Iasked how long it was going to be so I could come back. One of the female employees laughed and gave me attitude like I wasexpecting mine to be done first. No. Just wanted to know when I should come back because I have no problem waiting. I love the kinds of pizzas and the ingredients used. Staff has always been friendly. It's an easy to find location. Not much of... a waiting area though and when it has been busy that small waiting space fills up fast and only one bench to sit. But I dontfind that I ever have to wait long enough for that to be too much of an issue. Prices are awesome and they have deals andcoupons amd even the spin a wheel game sometimes. Read more

I order a large Hawaiian every Sunday or Saturday for games and they are always SO good! I've never had a bad experience...until... now. It was New Year's Eve. I knew they were going to be swamped; so, I called in an order of a simple "$5 Fave" Pepperoni. Iwas asked for my phone number and was told that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up to pick up my pizza (60minutes later because I was shopping), waited in line for 20 minutes (they were packed), and, when I got to the front, thecashier asked for my name. I wasn't asked for one over the phone; so, I gave her my name and my husband's name...no pizza. Itold her my phone number, thinking it was put under that...still no pizza. I told her it was just the $5 Pepperoni. She lookedfor a receipt and, when she didn't find one, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry, we don't have that order." She didn'toffer to quickly make one (like I saw her do for the customer in front of me who was early to pick it up) or anything. All shesaid was, "It'll be an hour wait." I called Domino's from my car and they had a hot, delicious pizza ready for me in 30 minutes.Papa Murphy's really dropped the ball on this one. Read more
