I don?t usually do this but I just could not believe how bad this was. We ordered 3 items, an iced drink and two hot specialty... drinks. They made 2/3 drinks right away and then my husband had to wait an extra 15-20 mins (3-4 other ppl who ordered after usgot their drinks before him) we even reminded them and then they still got his drink wrong (a hot caramel macchiato) which theymade iced. We didn?t want to wait for a new drink since he had been waiting so long already so he just asked for a hot coffee,black which they gave him the end of the pot. No real apologies, no discounts or offers. Just overpriced coffee that wasn?t eventhe correct order. Read more

Just your average Starbucks...came here with a friend...no complaints, just not a huge fan of over priced coffee or any beverage... w/out booze that costs more than $7 lol to each their own. Read more

I understand that it is difficult to get items at this time with no one working however when you know you are out of items... especially Mocha, you should post signs so customers don't waste their time waiting in line. This is happening at this locationoften. Frustrating. Read more

Monday, open till 9..... Yet here I am just before 20 to 9 and they're already all closed up and honestly look like they have... been for quite awhile. 4th time this has happened to me at this location, honestly not going to bother anymore. Atleast whenCaribou says they're open till 8 they're ACTUALLY open till 8 and possibly later if there's a line in the drive thru. This israther disappointing since I'm rather fond of Starbucks. Update: Friday, open till 9: 5 after 8 already closed. Again, what'sthe point of having hours posted if you aren't going to be open during them? Try calling and it doesn't even transfer it justimmediate hangs up. At this point yeah, I'm officially done, worst Starbucks ever and that's saying quite a lot considering theservice or should I say lack there of I've received at other locations as well. Read more

The new girl acted like she didn?t know how to do her job. The drink I ordered wasn?t what I said. And it took a while for all... three baristas on duty to finish my order. And the same girl accepted food from a stranger and left it on the line. Because ofCOVID-19 that is a violation. And even if it?s not a pandemic that should not be acceptable. Read more

I just wanted to post on here to thank Hailey again! I went in today during my dinner break because i forgot my dinner on my... kitchen table (For work) and i currently am not able to have a lot of sugar. I planned on getting a keto styled drink to fill meup and they didn?t have any heavy cream so she went out of her way to make me a drink with different type of milk. (It didn?twork for me and she remade my drink) She was so patient and really listened to my request and went to the store and brought someHeavy cream. If it wasn?t for her help i don?t know what i would have even Eaten to help me get my macros in. So i appreciatethe customer service !!! Give the girl a raise!! Lol. She was so nice! :) Read more

As a former Starbucks employee, this location is disappointing at best. The drinks are NEVER consistent, they're poorly staffed... and rarely fully stocked, and even during hours they're supposed to be open, you've got about a 40% chance of seeing someonebehind the counter to take your order. I've seen strictly display pastries served to customers, drinks haphazardly throwntogether, a significant line when most people are ordering one drink, and most of all an uncaring, flippant attitude by a numberof the baristas.
