I usually don't review national chains, but I had to tell you about this. This locations CO2 tank had run out. So soda drinks... were unavailable.... What a nightmare for them, on a Holiday Weekend Lunch Rush. I opted for water and was given a discount. Iate inside and listened as the staff were forced to explain this to each customer over and over again. These kids (I mean wayyounger than me) did an excellent job! Customers on the other hand were not so understanding, never the less these guys nailedit. It didn't de-rail the operation and everyone (who worked there) kept their cool and delivered the best service they could.This staff should be commended. Especially the manager who took the brunt of the rude impatient customers. Y'all rocked it! Read more

I come here almost daily for close to 5 years and have never had any serious problems with the place other than quality of the... food changes drastically depending on when you show up. Today I came in and ordered my food and asked for the taco to be chickeninstead of beef. What I received was a chicken taco that had been originally made with beef then they dumped the beef out andput the chicken on top of it. As a person that worked at Taco Bell for almost 3 years and was a manager at one point I can tellyou this is not what you're supposed to do. The tortilla should've been thrown away or set aside in case it was needed for thenext order. Instead I received the most disgusting taco I've had to eat from here and I didn't get past one bite. Looks likeI'll be more hesitant to eat here now if they can't get something simple like that figured out. Food was great! My son and I tried both breakfast and lunch portions and liked them both. They even had sweet tea. The dining... room and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I even made a point to tell them before I left that they did a greatjob. Read more
