Several times they've just thrown the parts to our breakfast sandwiches in the bag without actually assembling them. Repeatedly... told to not toast bagels, they do it anyways. Handed stuff without so much as any indication if it's the right order and we hadto confirm ourselves that it was. Had to hand back items for other orders because they aren't organized. Rushed work issloppy. Do better. Read more
Most times I come here they never have the food available that I want....you can also never hear the intercom or they cant hear... your order correctly and they are always rushing you through weather there is a line up or not. About a month ago there was along hair in my bagel...I gagged and 3 of us couldn't eat our lunch...... Read more
Very disorganized! Covid barriers are defeated by now as I have to walk all over the store to get my food, and who doesn?t serve... breakfast 24 hrs now? I can go to any other Tim Hortons and I have from one end of this country to the other and ordered thefarmer?s bacon wrap in the evening! Read more
We went there super late as we were driving through, and the staff was AWESOME. They made a custom sandwich for my super picky... and very tired child. They were so kind and understanding. Great job to the staff at 10pm on Tuesday August 30th. Give them araise! Read more
Far and above the worst Tim Horton?s experience I've ever had. Stopped in for supper and waited for 10 minutes before anyone... even acknowledged we were even there. When they finally took our order the girl behind the counter wasn't listening and gotpart of the order wrong and the coffee was definitely off. We ordered sandwiches and wraps. The toast for the sandwich wasburned and the wraps despite being made by the "shift supervisor " looked like they were made by a child. Hardly any filing andkind of folded haphazardly together. The wedges were about 1/3 full and cold. Avoid this location. Maybe it was an off day, but there seemed to be systematic issues with staff. Poor service, poor communication, poor quality. Read more
I came here tonight to have a coffee after a long day and there is one black lady who wasn?t even bothered to ask me if i need... to order ? she kept cleaning. After calling 2 times she responded very rude . I am not racist im brown myself but tim needs tolook at this issue Read more
The lady working at night (after 10pm) is very unprofessional and rude. She makes the worst coffee. Always takes a lot of time... even to come out of the kitchen and take the order. Heard similar reviews about her from my friends and colleagues Have beenpicking coffee every week night from last 4years. Previous night staff was good. Read more
They are extremely quick. Food is great tasting, with the right amount of sauces. The coffee literally stays the same, so you... know what you're getting every time you're there. One of the better Tim Hortons forsure. Read more
