I think Dutch Bros has a secret code and you have to learn it to work there. Every one I've been to has had the BEST employees.... They are always happy and great you with "dutch love"(?) I feel like this chain requires their employees to ask you at least 3 questions and compliment you at least once. Feels like... very fake interaction, also there are a lot of people that just don't want to have a conversation until after their coffee.
