I think Dutch Bros has a secret code and you have to learn it to work there. Every one I've been to has had the BEST employees.... They are always happy and great you with "dutch love"(?) I feel like this chain requires their employees to ask you at least 3 questions and compliment you at least once. Feels like... very fake interaction, also there are a lot of people that just don't want to have a conversation until after their coffee. Horrible experience! I ordered a large nitro cold brew light ice. When you order a large you would think that the extra $$ they... require you to pay is for additional product... not a slightly larger cup d. A few extra pieces of ice only! I do not expect mycup to be this full with no product consumed. Their response if you had a cup full of ice it wouldn?t look that way. Again Idon?t pay 7+ for a drink for the difference is a little ice. Get your business straight before your rip off your customers...andif that?s your usual get down train your employees better!
