The Employees are friendly, but the main negative i'll give Jack in the box is that their burgers are too small, it looked liked... it belongs in the kids meal.their giant tacos are a let down, but the mini tacos are good, so are the egg rolls, and theirbreakfast choices aren't bad either, I only come here because its within walking distance to where I live. 6.9/10 Read more
I'm rating this as an employee point of view. Most of the time we are understaffed. We try to bring out quick meals however it's... hard to manage counter and drive thru with only one cook. I love most of my co workers. I do think some need to try to be morepolite and positive with customers. If you talk to them like a friend, you'll actually make a friend. I'm glad we've beenworking on wait times though, keep at it. I would say more but I'd rather not be identified, just know I'm greatful for themworking hard with scheduling. Read more
I live less than a mile from this place, had to stop going there due to bad customer service, and quality of food a year ago,... said the hell with it and tried it last week, glad to see they had found new employees that value their job and the quality offood they were serving, which changed my whole perspective. Bought a sandwich with bacon, it came with no bacon. Bought a medium Diet Coke, got medium cherry coke. Bought a large onion... rings, got a small onion rings. We only ordered two meals and they got half the items wrong. Not the first time they?ve messedup orders. The food is good just triple check everything you get before you leave the parking lot. Ordered on door dash at work in the hopes of getting food right after work. Parked in the spot outside that says ?Mobile order?... Come on in!? Tried to go in. Doors locked. One employee inside that was clearly on a break (which is fine, people need breaks)did not even bother to tell his fellow employees that I was there. Tried ringing the doorbell. Finally went through the drivethrough to get my now cold food. Never again. Read more
Gonna have to give it up for Jordan yesterday. I called before going in, and he was very helpful, very cordial, and very... polite. I've worked at Jack in the Box, and I've visited there too. Not many people are "happy" to be there, but when you comeacross one, the interaction is very pleasant and leaves a good memory in your mind. Thank you, Jordan for your outstandingservice yesterday.
