This place has plummeted over the past year. We tried to go out to eat this past Saturday (11/5) with our two kids. Granted, we... went out on a Saturday night, so we arrived expecting a wait and some delays. After a reasonable wait period we were seated atour table, everything going fine. Once the waitress took our orders, however, things quickly went down hill. Not only did wehave to wait for at least 25 minutes just to receive the bread rolls that accompany the meal, when we asked for more from thefood runner who happened to be passing by we received a burnt batch. But my kids were hungry and antsy, so we ate them and triedto be patient. After an hour and ten minutes, we were done. My husband told the nearest food runner that we were leaving,because it is ridiculous that we still haven't received our food or even had our drinks refilled. The man told my husband thatthere were two tickets ahead of us, and to be patient. I cannot believe how bad the service has become at Logan's. It was ourGo-To place when taking the family out, and now I can't imagine any scenario where I'd want to return. Unbelievable. Read more
Would be 5 stars I just didn't care for the crinkle cut frys but the 22oz. Porterhouse was cooked and seasoned to perfection... with sauted onions and mushrooms and a blue cheese crumble on top. The waitress/bartender was off the hook she got our bloodyMary's and took our orders then I noticed she was handling the whole restaurant. She did an awesome job no foul ups on theorders and checked back with us several times. Really appreciated the service! Read more
I was so disappointed in our experience here. We stopped specifically for the prime rib. I asked as soon as we were seated if... they were still serving prime rib. Michelle our server was curt. I asked her twice for crayons for the kids menu the host forgotto bring when he sat us. After she'd been back with drinks and the dinner salad my son finally went up to the hostess stand andasked for them himself. After waiting 30 long mintes she must have forgot about our order, and walked by us and said she'd gocheck on our food. I ordered med rare prime rib dinner and she brought out a well done end cut. She didn't offer to get a newplate just took it off the bill. I asked for the manager and no one came. My son said the one bite he took of the burger wassoggy and gross. The krinkle cut fries looked hard and dry like from a school lunch. They didn't even chop or slice thechicken, just served my child a whole grilled chicken piece. He didn't even try to eat it. Great food wonderful service. There's always a bit of a wait but they're understaffed since COVID happened. Still trying to... recover from that and I can completely understand. Awesome server James made our experience all the better. Thank you! Read more
Was there tonight, ordered the pork chop. It was extremely dry. It was so dry, you needed a drink to swallow it. The waitress... response was ?oh I?ll let the cook know, he?s new used to work in a sushi bar.? She did not offer a replacement, if we wantedour money back being we only took 1 bite and left it. Terrible customer service on behalf of waitress bartender as we ate at thebar tonight. It was late so we just sat at the bar. On the good note the roll was good. Read more
Came in for dinner on a Sunday night and had a really good time. Our waitress, Sage was extremely nice and helpful when we had a... hard time choosing from all the sides. Did I mention her patience? She recommended a Blackberry Drop, a lemon drop but withblackberry which Annette really enjoyed. The food was cooked perfectly. My wife had the ribeye which was tender as could be. Mydaughter ate every bite of her ribs and the shrimp from my order, I ate her fries. Home made Mac and cheese, fries, and thedessert was pretty spectacular. Fun atmosphere, a bar with a couple TVs playing some sports. The menu is big so bring yourappetite! Read more
It was busy, I found out they were having staffing issues. We had to wait a while for a table. The server's did not wear... masks, which I guess I just expect, if your going to handle my food... please wear a mask. It was very loud. I guess that'swhy they call it a Roadhouse , yeah. I was asked to review it , and unfortunately I can give it 3 stars . I just didn't feelreal safe regarding the Covid precautions. The bacon was completely undercooked, on the bacon cheeseburger ????. I reallywanted to eat my onion petals, but just didn't feel good enough about the covid thing that I explained before. Read more
Was passing through on a drive up to WA and stopped here. The bartender and everyone seemed really nice. There was an older... gentleman going around making sure everything was all right. I had the meatloaf with loaded mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad.The meatloaf was grilled and had an amazing char and the gravy with mushrooms and onions was great. The loaded mashed potatoeswere good. And the Top Shelf Long Island had me good and buzzed off of that one drink. Granted my stomach was empty after along drive but it was tasty, maybe a lil heavy on the Tanqueray. Read more
