I enjoy a big Mac & frize once in a while. I was dissapointed in the overall food on this try and for a price tag of $27 to feed... two people a #1,... seems outrageous to me. Lobby Always closes super early even tho No cars in drive tru .. for like the last 2 months not cool
No greeting. They ignored the front line of people assuming they were all door dash. I and the people behind me ended up... ordering on the app after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged. If you?re going to ignore the front, get your kiosks and drinkmachine up. Don?t leave one 65 year old lady in over her head. Manager had 0 customer service skills. Didn?t smile once. I went in to this McDonald?s around 6:15am, I ordered six Sausage McMuffins w/No Egg, and asked specifically for the sausage to... be well done - as I?ve had issues with the sausage being undercooked, or just the incorrect temperature completely, so I alwaysorder it this way. Already at the order box - I?m not sure of the young lady?s name, but she was very rude and held an attitude,but I brushed that off, and waited a couple mins for my order. They handed me my order and I drive home, not even 5 minutes intoarriving home - I check my food, and all of it is HARD AS ROCKS and the meat is clearly NO WHERE NEAR fresh, at all.. This iscompletely unacceptable, there?s no reason why they should be serving food this way, it?s not hard to accommodate my order, it?snothing difficult, and I?m completely dissatisfied with the customer service and the food? Service was slow, customers were getting rude and threw a drink at a manager then the manager threw it and hit me (as I was... about to go to an important meeting) and almost hit an elderly lady with it as well...I asked for the general manager who wantedto talk to the manager rather than me so I called the district manager to go into the store! The icee drinks were melted as theysat there while I waited on my food which took much longer than any fast food place should take but (given they were busy alongwith the drama) it was expected.
