The manager and staff were very nice and helpful. There was a disturbance outside and the Police had to come to take care of... with some obnoxious transients. The Mgr came over to our tables and apologized for the outside disturbance. ????I thought thatwas very nice of her to do that. My great granddaughters were concerned when the Police arrived. This is the worst location I've came across at all the locations, and I've been around the area for 10+ years. My husband and I... had a horrible experience with the mobile ordering-- we ordered one single drink and when we got to the location, the app toldus to go into the restaurant. My husband did, hoping to simple get a large drink cup that was ALREADY PAID FOR and was presumedto be hostile because he was tired and irritable after a 12 hour shift at work. It really should not have been a difficultexchange-- yet, he was promptly told to leave the restaurant and cancel his order because they refused to serve him. This wasextremely upsetting to both my husband and I, so I placed a corporate complaint immediately after. However, I was reached out toone time and was asked who the manager was, and we did not get a chance to look at the nametag. I inquired if they could simplycheck cameras, because I knew the exact date and time of the occurrence. I never received a response, and we will refuse to givethis restaurant our service in the future. Read more
I only order the 2C meal and regularly get the wrong sandwich. This happens repeatedly at this restaurant. I asked for extra... pickles once and they didn't put lettuce on it. I ordered without anything changed on the sandwich and got the 2A, instead of 2Bwhen it clearly showed on the screen that i ordered 2C. It's getting old!! Read more
