Honestly the customer service was awesome. I had made a future order and our road trip took longer to get here than expected... even with our call to push back and when we got here they said it had been ready for 15 and asked if we?d like it remade. Wesaid yes as we?re on the road and no way to reheat so they made it again. Talk about me being a PITA! They were amazing thoughand as always the atmosphere, cleanliness, and food was amazing! Went in right before closing, which I honestly don't do normally, but either way I did haha. They were absolutely so kind and... didn't seem to matter to them. The store was not only beautifully designed but I could tell they cared about where they workbecause every corner of this store was perfectly detailed and clean.. and not just because they were about to close, you cantell they kept up on it!My pizza was cooked to absolute perfection and my favorite part was the amount of notice to detail themaker of my pizza had. He literally made sure that every item I chose for my pizza was distributed evenly and perfectly onto mypizza ensuring that every bite would be consistent. We have come to Mod a few times and liked it, but tonight we were VERY unhappy. The crew tonight were more interested into each... other, than the customers. We got charged for 3 salads, when we only got 2 and the pizza was pathetic. We got the one that hadBBQ sauce and chicken. It literally had like 10 small pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. The pizzas seem very small, too. 11/2 pieces had no chicken on it at all. The sauce was very light too, not very much on it and pizza was dry. Our salads werevery skimpy on ingredients, just like the pizza. We were very dissatisfied to say the least!! Don't think we will ever be back!!There are alot of other restaurants to spend our hard earned money at!!! Read more
This is the saddest pizza Mod has ever made, for the first time in years going to the Redding location. Nice people, but maybe... management is tough on them to cut back on ingredient amounts. Chico has never done me dirty like this. Read more
Really good pizza and a cool atmosphere. We came here twice while in town for quick but good food that isn't heavy. The default... menu choices are good, and the spicy sauce has some serious kick! Read more

Great place! Let?s be honest your not going to find a traditional New York or Chicago Style pizza here, but having the ability... to customize your pizza the way you want and pair that with quality is a rare thing. The crust is the best part of Mod Pizzafor me. The bbq sauce which is one of the many you can choose from, is a bit underwhelming as it just mellows into the totaltaste in your mouth, but still great. The red sauce is where it is at for me! Very tangy head to it that slaps you in the mouthand just when your about the roll up your sleeves and give it your right hook; the sweetness an spice kicks in. The staff thatI have met the several times I have been there is a bit monotonous. All of them seem really young and eclectic. You have 2-3people up in front that are in the topping area just droning away never saying a word. With 1-2 people on the right side of thefront end expediting packing the pizzas in the correct order for the pizzas being place in the boxes as they are completed. Theperson cooking the pies are normally the most energetic, professional person in the front end. As you are wanting them go,turning and placing pie to or from the oven, you cant help but notice what seems to be 20 different employees walking in and outof the back of the restaurant.
