Ordered Uber for delivery. Ordered 3 item Panda plate, did not pack silverware none given, ordered Teriyaki Chicken no Teriyaki... sauce. Called restaurant, was told you CA State law requires sauces only on request.. Say What??? It's Terriiyaki Chicken notChicken. And it's a State law now you only get the sauce if ask. Not a good choice of food items to choose from which was sad because they had only been open for about 20 min. They forgot to... give me my walnut shrimp after I was told I had to wait for about 4 minutes until the next batch would be done. The bathroom hadants. Read more
The food here is surprisingly good for being fast food. The veggies are always fresh and they shake things up with new offerings... all the time. In addition, it's super easy to place an order online and either have them deliver it, or pick it up yourself atthe drive through window. It was disappointing dining here tonight. Right from the start it was bad. A good 5 people behind the counter were cooking and... serving the drive thru window, one was out in the lobby trying to lock the door 30 minutes early. None of them greeted us and wewaited a good 3-4 minutes before anyone said a thing. Once being served about half of the food was missing. Veggies were as dryas could be. We skipped those on our order of course. The girl helping us was short in stature and in service edict. We couldsee they we cleaning part of the lobby, had it blocked with chairs and everything. She made it a point to say dont go overthere. When we asked for a few extra plates so we could share the bigger plate we got an eye roll and huff. Fortune cookies hadto be asked for. My family loves panda express. I have even been recognized by staff working other locations in my home town.Typically panda express does a great job, this location is lacking in service and quality. Garbage. Overpriced for the quality. Constantly mixing up orders at drive through. I've been to a lot of airport and mall asian... food places, panda takes the cake as the worst IMO. It's like Russian roulette if your order is right or they remember to putforks and condiments in your 'take out' bag. I honestly have been screwed so many times by this place I hate Panda Express now.Here's is my beef and broccoli dinner (image attached) with two small pieces of beef - that's it, literally had a friend insiston eating here and drove up North to open this. The food is rarely like what they show. If you insist on getting their foodNEVER USE THE DRIVE THROUGH. You need to watch them prep your plate otherwise its thrown together. $7 for 50¢ of rice andbroccoli .... I'd seriously rather have McDonald's at this point. Read more
My husband came home with 2 plates for dinner. I ate the fried rice, kung pow chicken, beef and broccoli, and veggie rolls. My... husband ate fried rice, teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and chicken egg rolls. He asked for honey sesame seed chicken andthey gave him the wrong side. Then we didn't get any fortune cookies. The food tasted good but immediately we both startedfeeling painful stomach cramps... Turns out we got food poisoning. I'm 9 months pregnant. I had to go to the emergency room tomake sure this panda Express didn't cause any harm to my pregnancy. Beware of this location, everyone. The employees must not bevery hygienic if they're giving customers food poisoning. Read more
