I did the drive-thru a week ago. Got my favorites, string bean chicken w/orange chicken and fried rice. Well, got it home and... was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, to say the least. BTW, I was told that my order would be a ten (10) minute wait. I was trying tofigure out why, because the food I got was not freshly prepared, no way. The string beans looked and tasted like they spent thenight on the counter and the orange chicken was a majority of non-chicken hard nodules impossible to eat, (See photos). How doesthis happen. I know. It's caused by people who are not happy in their jobs. People who are NEVER given instruction on correctfood prep and customer relations. I'm not happy. Read more
Food is the same as any other Panda Express. Service was horrible. Most likely due to lack of staff, not because of bad staff.... Took a long time to get through the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. Then got handed my food hurriedly, with onlyhalf the food I ordered. Read more

Quick Chinese food, limited variety, taste pretty fresh to me, decent price, paying for convenience cuz they are quick! Rice is... a lot dryer then sticky rice, and the best option for me will be getting the chow mein.. the Shanghai beef is amazing, and costan extra dollar fifty or so, but well worth it in my opinion! Honestly blown away that this place has above 2 stars?every time I?ve gone here the noodles are so dry they hardly move, and the... rice is so dry you can literally hear it crunch when you bite down in it. This is the only location I?ve been to where Iexperienced this. Read more
