I just ordered and picked up a large pizza that was very good as has been at this location for 12 years. I ran into a problem... employee who took my order with difficulty because he said he was making the dough. He must have been distracted ordisorganized, because he started arguing with me about what I said? I ordered a large regular crust half pepperoni and cheeseon one half with extra pepperoni, and half cowboy. The young man was rude, and when I picked it up later, he was the onlyperson there. I asked him why he was rude to me when I ordered. He was rude again I asked him what his name was and who is themanager as I would voice a complaint. He told me he is the manager, and refused then to tell me his name, and told me never toreturn, he wrote my name on his board,"never sell to Mike at my number". But did you know that on Tuesdays you can get a sale price on ANY pizza? We ordered a $22 pizza and paid $15 dollars. Try to order a pizza within 60 min of closing time and you won't get a pizza online (website won't let you) or by phone. The... local store always retreats to "it isn't our fault, it's the company's." This has happened over a half a dozen times or more. Good bye papa murphy's. Read more
I enjoy papa Murphy's they have great pizza that you can buy with food stamps and throw in the oven when you get back home which... means I don't have to pay with cash when I want to have a good pizza with the family at home. Read more

The pizza tastes amazing. The customer service was terrible. I was told I could not get extra cheese on a promotional pizza. (I... always have at any other papa Murphy's) Then when I asked for a light amount of the topping they said they couldn't because it'sa promotional pizza. Makes no sense! Loved this store but whoever is running this store changed the hours where they cannot make pizzas 30 min before closing. Go to... the other stores in Redding. They are still on normal hours. Read more
