The BEST brunch in town. Small plates made fresh and unlimited mimosas. Every plate can be changed a little (I don't eat meat... and they gladly made my food without it). The champagne and fruit juices are set on the table so you don't have to wait forrefills. Love it. Read more

Our group met for a work meeting and a small birthday celebration. We had brought our own cake and they were kind enough to... provide us with plates and forks. The service was awesome and we had a great time. Read more

Best pub experience in Redding. Great mix of pub food with incredible lite and salad selections. The Post Office beats the other... pubs in town on food and service. Read more

Good drinks and my girl really likes their fried mushrooms. Very interesting and unique interior and I know it's weird to say,... but I do like that the bathrooms are always clean. It says a lot about a place. Read more

Amazing food and drinks. We made up a drink we wanted and the bartender more than delivered. He was incredibly kind,... professional and informative. We are on a road trip and plan on coming back on our way home. Read more

The food is always delicious and portions are generous. The bartender, who was also our waiter for lunch, has waited on us a... couple of other times and remembered the beverages we usually order with lunch. That was impressive and a pleasant surprise.???? Read more

This place has been around forever! As I recall, they changed hands several years ago and the same people own Maxwell's. They... have the selection of food, always been good. Service is usually good, depending on the time you are there. It has a fun, oldschool feel to it and isn't too loud (Like Maxwell's). I love wraps and they had a great turkey n swiss wrap that was probablymore heathly looking than it was, but it tasted great. I tried to duplicate it over the weekend and ended up wearing most of it;) - oh well, I tried. Read more

This was my first time at the Post Office Saloon and was excited to check it out. The restaurant was very clean and the decor... was well designed and comfortable. Our waitress was friendly to a point but since I usually go to restaurants shortly after thelunch or dinner rush (one of the advantages of being retired) she seemed to be ready to go home. I ordered a Bloody Mary andasked if the steak sandwich was a good choice. She said that it was popular and that "everyone loved it." The drink was verygood, I would give it an 8/10. The mix was thick and just a little bit spicy, the vodka (house brand) was in balance to the mixand the drink was well dressed with pickled asparagus, olives, lime and lemon slices. I was charged $7.50 for it which isabout right. The steak sandwich was another story. I had requested it be cooked to medium rare but when I saw how thin it wasI was surprised that they even bothered asking me how I wanted it cooked. Seriously, the fries were thicker than the steak! Itwas well seasoned and was served opened-face with onions and mushrooms but my first three bites were all fat. The rest of itwas tough and over cooked. I only ate half of it and when the waitress dropped of the check she asked if I wanted a box for therest of the sandwich. I told her politely that I really didn't care for it. She replied, "Oh well" and left. For $16 Iexpected better. I will not be hurrying back to the Post Office. Read more
