Crew is always smiling and... friendly, management is right in there, keeping everything tip top, place is clean, and Pizza is sublime! My only complaint? They close too early! Like most chain restaurants, some cooks are better than others. The garlic herb twists were great! Good portions, soft, juicy,... mouth watering flavor, piping hot out the oven. Won't be coming back to this location! The young woman who took our order very clearly hates her job, however I did get 1 smile... when I complimented her nails. Another young woman was also complaining very loudly about her shift manager, dropping f bombsleft and right. We were told it would be a 25 min wait, and after 45 mins we went to the counter to ask about it only to findout it had been sitting back there for who knows how long. We ordered pizza from this location at around 8:00 p.m. we got a phone call 25 minutes later saying that none of the staff... showed up for their schedule so they had to cancel our pizza and would refund our money or send me a coupon for a free pizza,this never happen so I called today 8/15/22 to ask if I was still able to receive my money back or a pizza, after a longargument on the phone as to me telling the truth or not even with my recipe and invoice, he finally agrees to the failed attempton their side to refund my money, I took the pizza option and I'm sorry I did! The most disgusting, flat, no cheese, 12pepperoni on the entire large pizza hardly any sauce and the pizza was like cardboard. I'll be talking to corporate! also the 2staff members were rude, the young lady was very pleasant, The male that answered the phone also told me he was the supervisor,I find out that indeed he was not! I will NEVER order here again, this wasn't the first bad experience at the Westwood location,I'm not sure why they've had such horrible service here for the past 3 years! Read more
I live .1 mile too far for delivery, so I drove there. I understand the policy, no complaint about that. The friendly gal who... rang me up at the register was pleasant and sweet, fantastic experience there. The mind blower (see picture below, banana forsize reference): I ordered a large, deep pan half sausage, half Hawaiian. This is down right the worst pizza anyone has everserved to me in my life. Was I at round table or in the twilight zone?! It was burnt, small for a large, and I had one piecebecause I was starving. The stars I gave were only because the customer service was so good. That deserves a solid ten out often. Unbelievably disappointing. Bleh. Next time it's Chuck e cheese, even on their worst day, they're far superior to this. Read more
The employees of this round table have gone above and beyond to make sure they give great customer service, especially with... their deliveries. I have had them even mess up an order and before I realized it, bring the corrected pizza out to fix theirmistake. They are friendly and on time. They actually seem to care about their customers and the service they give and that isharder amd harder to find these days. Read more
