I moved to the Bonneyview area recently and this has become my go-to Starbucks location. I have had only wonderfully pleasant... experiences here. The baristas are all delightful and kind, even in the midst of a rush. Yesterday when I came in to grab mymobile order, they were clearly very busy with a big drive thru line and an apparent equipment malfunction, which caused ordersto become backed up. I could tell the staff were diligently rushing to get caught up. I had secondhand stress just watchingthem! But even so, every person behind the counter that I had the pleasure of interacting with was incredibly sweet, and theyworked together to make sure my order, and all the others, were made correctly and as quickly as possible. These baristas arelike a well-oiled machine. I give my kudos to the staff here at this location - you guys are awesome, and I appreciate you. Toanyone reading this: tip your baristas. This visit was while I was at Target. Ordered the standard, basic, caramel machiatto. This was the worst I have ever had. ... Almost stopped at another store to have it remade. I think the filters need replaced. Not sure how caramel syrup, vanilla andmilk could have tasted bad, must have been the coffee. Staff was nice though! Wish I tried the drink before I left! Read more
I honestly have to say, that the men and women that work at Starbucks on South BonnyView are the best people I've seen work... anywhere in a long time. Had it not been for them, I wouldn't have my dog, my baby, my best friend, any longer. Someone hadstolen her and took and left her somewhere. I had been going crazy looking for her everywhere for 3 days. A lady on her way towork had found my baby girl, and had stopped by Starbucks. The Starbucks workers recognize my dog and told the lady what hadhappened, and got her number. They girls tracked me down gave me the number and I was able to get my baby back!
