5 stars because they lost my drink and food order so I didn't have to pay. Waited for a long time while workers sorted things... out. The drive thru lady was super sweet and reassured me it wasn't my fault for holding up the line. (I can get bad anxietywith stuff like that) Anyway, I tried tipping her but she wasn't having it so she allowed me to pay it forward to the car behindme. :) Read more
Went to the Lake Blvd Starbucks today for the same coffee I get 7 days a week. Only to find they wanted to charge me way more... than any other Starbucks for the same drink. I asked if pricing had changed and Landon in a very condescending manner saidthat?s the price sorry. Long story short he made my drink and purposely messed it up. Will never go to the Lake Starbucks againabsolutely horrible customer service Landon you should be ashamed of yourself. Read more

Alright this Starbucks is super awesome. I have always like this location. I always had a good time when I come when I travel.... Love drive thru to get that Mocha! The drive thru can get tricky at times but not too bad. The staff are fun and helpful. Yeah,if you want a cup of awesomeness. I suggest to come on over and enjoy the place. Read more
Very frustrated. Every time I order a white mocha and ask for whip cream. The person taking my order always says sir they come... with whip cream, you don?t have to ask for it. But yet it never comes on my drink once I get it. It completely changes theflavor and ruins my coffee. Why should I have to go back in every time I get a coffee and complain about the mix up. Why do youguys tell customers whip cream comes on top and then not put it. And yes I always check my screen to make sure it doesn?t sayno whip. Sign on the door says that they close at 8 or 9 o'clock. at 4:30 they Already had the doors closed and Is locked. This is after... I had already placed my order online and yes it was paid for as well. Luckily, I guess The manager or whoever was in chargedecided to answer my SOS call as I was banging on the door and she gave me my food and drink. If they were Still Open I wouldhave taken it all back and demanded a refund. However I did not have the option to do so as it was a ghost town Within Ismoments of me getting My Bag. Read more
