Very bad customer service... Like a motionless cold robot, the casher, Bailey, doesn?t even look at us when we place the order.... In fact, I just finished reading ?leading the Starbucks way? and was expecting a great service that the book brags about (sinceI rarely go to Starbucks). Only find myself extremely disappointed.
