Walked with my kiddo to this location only to find out that they don't take cash. Huh??? If they're honestly worried they'll get... covid over cash transactions then they need to close. This is the only store in redding that doesnt take cash payments. Wonderhow much money they lose. Read more

Subway has really gone down hill since COVID. They don't take cash!! Also they started making sandwhiches more custom. I go to... subway to make it the way I want. And most of the time the lobby is closed. Very disappointed in the franchise itself not thepoor employees stuck working for them. Read more

These guys are great but Subway, you as a franchise is B.S. you are cutting off a lot of customers that do cash only but only... take card now because you cannot deal with COVID which a superflu. Read more

Very overpriced and poor quality. $30 for 2 sandwiches. Charged for extra meat when it was not asked for and the sandwich did... not have it. Read the receipt carefully and look for extra charges. Read more

I ordered 3 sandwiches online and then picked them up from the Westwood location. 1 sandwich was toasted (did not order it that... way) another one was missing tomatoes and the other one was drowning in mustard even though it was specified to have a "light"amount. Not cool at all. Read more

Walked in Saturday about 3.30 one lady working behind the counter she would not evan look up at me.she just left me standing... there after about 5 minutes it got awkward so I left . But the store next to the has a great roast beef warp . Read more

We needed some last minute sandwiches for a company function. I tried to order online but it would not take my order. I called... every single Subway in town from the moment they opened and no one answered. When I called the Westwood Village Subway, theamazing Tawny answered. She said that they require 48 hours notice to place an online order. She knew it was short notice for myorder but she said, "I think I can make it happen." She went above and beyond to get everything just right. When I arrived topick them up, everything was so nicely packaged and such an easy process. The staff there was very friendly and the restaurantwas very clean. They were all working hard cleaning when we walked in. We are so grateful to Tawny who made it happen with sucha willing and friendly attitude. She is a jewel for the company. She should get a raise! And we are grateful for all theemployees who had an unexpected large order to get out for the day. Thank You Tawny and Westwood Subway for saving the day! Read more
