Staff was helpful and friendly. Manager was friendly and supportive of their staff when a rude customer behind us became... needlessly aggressive and all, "blah blah blah the customer is always right!" That manager support of staff is a big win in mybook. I was super impressed with how politely and firmly the manager handled the entitled customer and supported their servicestaff. I just rolled up into this spot at 5pm and wanted to commend the two employees who were working this evening. I didn't catch... their names but they were both very friendly and attentive. And very importantly, all three sandwiches I bought are delicious.The place was clean and the line was stocked. Food is fresh. I'll definitely be going back, thanks guys. Read more
It's a little awkward to access, not great if you're on crutches or in a wheelchair. It was a bit cramped inside and on the... particular day I went both costumers and service peeps were agitated. I gave it two stars because they didn't accept myperfectly valid coupon. I didn't cause a fuss or anything because it was my fault I didn't ask them before ordering so I paidthe full amount with just a little bit of disappointment on the inside. While Subway is consistent, I was not happy that for my $35+ order I had to leave 2 times to get change because they don't take... anything larger than $20' s!!!! Get a counterfeit detector and properly train your employees about cash handling!! I am notgetting my gift cards from Subway this holiday season!!! Read more
Its way too expensive to just get a normal roast beef sandwich here, 17+ dollars just for a footlong with nothing additional on... it. Can get a way better sandwich for much cheaper at any grocery store like holiday or safeway. Also there is no note that youcant use cash here so I ended up not being able to purchase my food after walking here with friends once, and customer servicealways isnt good or the makers put too much condiments even if you ask them to put a little amount.
