Will not return to this location! They do not accept cash, the service is terrible and they do not practice safe hand hygiene;... the guy used the register to place our order, then made our sandwiches with the same gloves. The other guy was picking at hisface, then touching food with no gloves! The bread is not fresh, therefore tough. My boyfriend ordered a meatball sandwich andwe had to wait 15 minutes for them to microwave the meatballs because they were frozen. When he finally got his sandwich, themeatballs were still cold! We were the only ones in the store when we walked in, Waited 25 minutes Because of online orders that were before us so we stood... there and watched them make sandwiches for 25 minutes. We finally got our order and we're going to sit down to eat and THEN theytold us the lobby is closed, yet they were not closing for another hour. Decent time to be served, great sandwich. Had a steak and cheese footlong and it was great. It could have stayed in the oven... longer to melt the cheese better and warm up the meat, but other than that it was awesome! Read more
Nice guy (skinny, brown hair) but does not understand when to just work and stop chatting with customers. In the time we waited,... 4 other customers walked in and out because he took so long. Like dude! We get you?re being nice but just make the dangsandwiches. Read more
Sandwich was good and one of the row employees was doing great. But the other employe seemed put out by our order. She was... slower than a fat man in a race. Seems she cannot use both hands to do anything. Totally not customer oriented or caring. We gohere all the time but maybe not again until she gets it together. Read more
I've never seen a subway so disorganized in my life. The 2 sandwhich makers were awful.. the things that go on your sandwich... were all over the place and the line started at the register which was a first for me. The girl making my sandwhich acted likeshe couldn't speak, never asked what I wanted on it then when I asked for mayo on me and my daughters sandwhich she put globs(not spreading it) on top of our meats and veggies. It's cute how you pay there BEFORE they make it because had it been thecorrect way around I wouldn't have paid this time. I really dont want a sloppy backwards not cut, mayo sandwhich. They didntwrap my sandwhich well or cut it... then stuffed in napkins into the bag. Time to talk to your employees, get it togetherSubway. Read more
