I mean its taco bell. I am not expecting fine dine cuisine. But the service was so bad....There were atleast 8 members on the... floor. Everything was unorganized. The staff was laughing as if everything was running smooth. I have never left a bad reviewfor any fast-food/restaurant that I have eaten at. The whole crew needs to be retrained. Idc if the place was dirty and neededto be cleaned. Its the fact that noone seemed to know wth they were doing. To make things worst. They see us in the lobbywaiting and noone even tried to help us. They just need a real manager to step in and actually manage the place. Sorry to thestaff....but y'all need a better manager. ???????????? Read more

Hi everyone. I used to work at Taco Bell until earlier tonight. Our district manager Nick Sperrou made us stay open despite us... having plumbing issues basically making us serve fecies food. I am sorry for everyone I have disappointed through the drivethru, I know I made you guys laugh but I couldn't stay there knowing Taco Bell is serving food like that. Hope everyone seesthis soon. I don't know why people eat at Taco Bell, it's okay food but jeez, the shiz you get from eating this is comparative to... stomaching poison sumac, guess it's a love hate relationship... The staff at this location are friendly and fast, for whateverthat counts for. Read more
It looks like they've tried to clean this Taco Bell up a little but it is middle of the day and it usually is bad at night. I... had good service today but it does not make up for the service in the past. The stars will get better if they keep it cleanedup the way it was today. Went in, ordered a chicken burrito, waited 20 minutes for it and left, had to come back because it was made wrong, waited an... additional 10 minutes for it to be made wrong again, I did not return for a 3rd time, the manager with the long mustache startedgetting irritated with the staff and blatantly yelling at all of them in front of 6 customers, nobody apologized for the longwait, no accountability for food being made wrong twice, instead got met with the laziest manager ive ever seen, he wasn'tmanaging anything, he let his team fail which made him look like an even bigger failure, I will not be returning in the distantfuture, and will be filing a corporate complaint against the "manager" in charge. This was the worst experience with a group ofpoorly trained staff ive ever witnessed, seemed like nearly all of the crew members had no help, no support, and no idea how areal team functions.
