Hours posted on Google say they close at midnight. Went to the drive thru before 10:00 pm, and there was a paper sign taped to... the ordering speaker that had "closed early" written by hand. The least you can do is update your hours on Google, as this isdefinitely not the first time this has happened. Read more
There?s 5-6 teenagers in here doing nothing as the manager try?s to catch up on orders. They are all just standing around... talking about who has a boyfriend while the one manager tries to make the orders. Every single kid in here should be fired. Ifyou aren?t going to work while at work don?t show up. The drive thru line is out of the parking lot and they still have notfinished one order in the 15 minutes I was waiting with ?4 orders ahead of me?. Any other location would never be thatunprofessional and unproductive. I drive for doordash and this is the slowest and most inaccurate location there is in Redding. Read more
Food was decent but could be warmer, customer service if eating inside, is almost nonexistent. You will be standing there... forever before someone will take ur order at a register. I guess they expect or want ppl to be forced to use their kioskmachines to place ur order? Customer service is DEAD! Thanks to the electronic upgrades...pitiful. Read more
I skipped eating all together this morning because, once again, I was running a tad bit late. I forgot all about it after... working and sweating for the previous 4 hours? but then my stomach made sure I heard how empty it was! I knew what it wanted?Itwas all I thought about all day..enjoying a TB Original Mexican Pizza! My mouth watered as I ordered it at the drive thru. Itwas gonna be an epic end to a hungry day! I am not one to write negative reviews but wow. Stood at the counter 3 to 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment of our presence.... The guy making food was eating while working. The modifications to the items that i ordered were not done. They forgot to put 2items in the bag (which was fixed as soon as i said something). When i sat down to eat i had to clean the table from what lookedlike multiple past patrons messes and thats when i noticed there was food and trash on the floor all around. The food qualitywas also pretty poor. Ive worked fast food and i like to give people the benifit of the doubt but this was just too much. Read more
I would give a zero if possible. This was the experience we had this evening. My wife went inside to order tacos for our... family because the drive-thru line was very long. After ordering, she waited 17 minutes for tacos, and then the Manager namedDiane told her co-worker that these tacos are for "Gorda" over there, and pointed directly at my wife. How rude! My wife wascompletely insulted as we have never been treated like this at a restaurant ever. This Manager was also overheard cussingaround her co-workers and right in front of customers, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. She should befired! My family will never ever order from this Taco Bell again. Read more
Well usually I love taco bell, however there service here was less than poor. No warning that they were out of lettuce and sour... cream. Got home to eat and looks like a child put my food together. I dont normally do this but I called and the manager and hewas less than sympathetic. Very sad the level of service, again I don't normally post things like this but hopefully it willsave someone else the headache. I won't be spending money here anymore. Read more
Went there this evening to get something to eat, walked up to the door and was greeted with a sign that read: "are lobby is... closed we apologize for the inconvenence" Like they were too incompetent to even spell the word "our" correctly. I didn't end upgetting food from there as a result. They need to get their act together, hire more and more competent employees, this isridiculous. Read more
