It?s nice to see coffee scene up in Redding! This place is among the top 3 I?ve had up here so far. There are still many more... places to try. I ended up trying their specialty drink which is espresso + soda. It?s interesting.. not what I?d get again butit wasn?t bad. We came here for a quick coffee stop on Saturday. And for the rest of the day - all we thought about was the coffee at Theory... coffee roasters. We woke up early the next morning and came back and tried a bunch of coffees - the cappuccino was heaven in acup!!! The mocha was great too. Loved the coffee and the vibe! Simple yet beautiful decor, high quality coffee and pastry (Bacon & cheese croissant and banana... chocolate bread ??) and friendly staff -- what more can one ask for? Must visit if you appreciate a nice cup of coffee &pastry! We were there 3 out of our 3.5 day trip... And we miss it already!! The breakfast sandwich is simply phenomenal 12/10points. Read more
Holy. Moly. Don't miss out on this spot. Especially if you're gluten free!!! We had their gluten free cinnamon roll, banana... bread, and Samoa donut. All were absolutely wonderful and didn't even resemble GF. I got their summer lovin latte that was bomband my hubs got their tonic coffee which was funky and different! Read more
