Sat down for a pre-birthday dinner, after looking at their menu online. He ordered the Shasta burger, I had the salmon. Calamari... for an appetizer. Everything turned out amazing. I would have liked a side of vegetables with the salmon; it arrived on amountain of salsa/orzo. I asked for a side of lemon aioli that married up well. The clam chowder was good. Calamari had no flavor at all no seasoning on it whatsoever. I had pork chops they tasted old and... very tough! Except for the soup the meal sucked!!!! Read more

Would love to leave a nice review, but I won?t be doing that because even though they advertise to do room service in the hotel... we are in I was informed that they won?t do it tonight as they have 4 orders in front of me and would like to close on time. Headded that he was also calling 3 of those rooms to inform them that orders they?ve already put in and are waiting on will becanceled. What kind of business takes your order then calls you back to cancel it because it isn?t working with their staffstiming. 1 star and that?s being generous. #goingtobedhungryyaprick! Read more

Stayed an entire week at the hotel that this restaurant is located in and supposedly services, BUT they didn't have an updated... menu available in any of the rooms or at the front desk of the hotel. When I called to consider making resevations (for a familyof 5 steak dinners) I asked the lady if they had a menu available because all the resources they mention were coming up short.The website didn't work and there were no menus anywhere. So the ladies comment to me was, " well I have a menu right here infront of me" as if to say what is the problem. I've stayed at other hotels offering room service and the answer usually hasbeen. "Yes, we have new menus and we will have one sent up." Or, " yes, we do but we are busy would you mind coming down forone?" You know good OLD customer service! I could see if they weren't offering room service than ok, but they were. At thatpoint they lost our business. We spent alot of money on food over the duration of our stay. Too bad it didn't go to them and itwould have been awesome to have the convenience. Also my lil grand daughter was pretty disappointed we didn't order roomservice. Read more
