They do not even deserve 1 star. They deserve a slap in the face and to be shut down. Pathetic staff. Rude and no common... sense. Has issues before. Figures we would give them a chance again. NOPE! Make my kids wait after ordering. 1/2 hour laterand no line mind your they bring out one bag with not even what we ordered in it. Then waited about 40 min and still not evenclose to what they ordered for 4 people. Called them got hung up on called right back was hung up on after I told them wewaited so long. Called back one more time. Chick answered and said hold on you will need to speak to my manager then hung up. This is what they needed their minimum wage to going for!?! To start off I ordered a quarter pounder meal when I got home i noticed the bun was hard so I heated it up myself the first bit... I took was super red; so I returned it and got another. I checked the corner before I drove off and it was fine. When I got homewhen I took a bite it was still super red; so I returned it asking for a refund. The manager acted like he didn't believe me thesecond time. And just for a note when you see 5 stars (most of the time) it's not real it's the workers getting told mymanagers to get the rating up. I placed a drive thru order today and when I got to the window to pay the cashier told me " just to let you know we don't have... any pennies" my response to her was " so your going to give me extra back?" She looked confused. First of all to the managementthat are running these establishment I'm going to need y'all to make sure the employees have what that need to do their job. Ifyou need change, somebody needs to go to the nearest party store to get it or shut down your operation until you can figure itout. You can't just keep the customer change because you don't have your stuff together. Not to see petty by if they kept allthe change from all their customers HOW MUCH EXTRA MONEY WOULD THEY HAVE? Okay, I need to clarify my experience here. The staff are great. If we were basing rating on them alone? It'd be five... stars. The reason this location got three was because they didn't have a lot of what my stepson wanted in stocks, so it was atad disappointing. Read more
I seem to can?t receive good service at this McDonald?s. Last week I stopped there and ordered a coffee with cream and sugar to... realize once I pulled off they only added cream to change the color. I thought nothing of it. Now fast forward to today. Iordered two sausage McMuffin both were burnt and again I ordered a coffee but this time I asked for them to put my condiments inthe bag and the girl at the window lied to me and said she put it in the bag again no sugar.
