Delicious meal of Asian chicken salad with crispy chicken. Served with a garlic bread stick. Everything was extremely fresh.... Appetizers included mozzarella cheese sticks and spinach-artichoke dip. Service was excellent. Recommendations from waitresswere worthy of the suggestions. Read more

I checked in this evening at 7:15 to be told that she had to tell me there was a 30-40 minute wait, but there is no way it will... take that long. It took 57 minutes for me to be seated. At one point I went to check on our status with the hostess and had towait 10 minutes for her to walk back to the front while she stood on the far side of the restaurant in plain view laughing andtalking to a server. Once seated our server took our order. My daughter was excited to eat here because she got a couponfrom her school to eat. What a huge mistake it was coming in. My wife and eldest daughters salad arrived before any of ourdrinks arrived. We had 3 waters and one kids Pepsi. We were never able to get our drinks refilled. He took my youngestdaughters kids cup and never returned. After eating we had to wait over 20 minutes to receive the bill. On the bill they didnot credit the kids meal with the coupon. The server Oscar had to go talk to his manager and I was told there was nothing theycan do. I could get a free desert if I wanted. The wait at this point was so long that my wife and kids had already gone tothe car. The manager was absolutely worthless, the service was some of the worst I have ever had. I'm only giving 3 stars because my server, Amy, was extremely professional and friendly. I tried your 12.99 bottomless boneless... chicken and sauce was really good, my favorite was asian sweet&spicy, but I don't know how much salt you guys put in the batterit was so salty that I could only test the sauce for half a second before overwhelming flavor of pure salt hit my mouth. Sat at the bar around 1:45pm on a Tuesday. Small crowd in restaurant and bartender was super cool. He was educating an elderly... gentleman on different types of tequilas while I sipped on non alcoholic drinks. Staff was running around helping customers withnothing but smiles. Medium done steak was good and so was the non alcoholic Michelada. Read more

The reason we visited this place. because applebee's website has several of good family special deals... And since my daughter... was inviting us ... We decide to stop by and order a family deal. The waiter wasn't aware of the deals on website..she said ifwe can look for it to see what we where talking about... After 15 mins.. we show her the special deals. She didn't know how toput it on the system. She try to suggest us if we can order something else instead of the one we wanted to get in the firstplace?... We said if this why we here for... I guess the manager heard the conversation and step in to see what was going on..she explained to waiter to just look the picture on my daughter cell phone and write down all the menu plates and the amount itshows on. Cheetos chicken was good and will be ordering almost the same appetizer next time. The server is polite and helped us with the... new electronic billing, kudos. It wasn't crowded during lunch time on a weekday. Will come here again. Read more
