When picking up my online order, no one greeted me or acknowledged me for almost 3 minutes, while I was standing at the counter.... Right on the other side of the counter, there was a female employee on her phone & tablet with her back to me. I didn?t want toyell to try to get her attention, because I thought she be clocking in from her break or something, but it she was taking toolong for that transaction. The 2 cashiers who could see me from their POV, never acknowledged me. Finally a manager came fromoutside to ask me if I had been helped. Also, It seemed like the 2 food expos were working in slow motion. When I got home, myorder was wrong. The ticket says sweet fries, because I paid for the upgraded sweet potato fries, but I received reg. fries. ??Not happy with the service and the food was not great either. It's in an open plaza so parking is hard to find , it gives off vibez like Chipotle, just how it looks when you first enter. I... thought and was an elegant restaurant but it's more casual. The workers are nice. But the FOOD is off the hook . I had agrilled salmon salad with a side of coconut butterfly shrimp , I got th sandwich and fries and corn for someone else the food isa 10 out of 10 it's flavorful, fresh, and delicious. It's great if you want to watch what your eating and still have a tastymeal the coconut shrimp was my #1 pick . I love the food! Customer Service has always been appropriate. However, today I went and found that the Customer Service that... was provided today, from Justin was above the standard. I was greeted as I walked in the door. He continued with small talk inconfirming that whatever I chose from the menu would be great a choice. I ordered, he thanked me and welcomed my return. They offer 4 vegan options! I've had the vegan shrimp bowl and the vegan fish and chips. Both were delicious. My only complaint... would be they don't have vegan tartar sauce. But it's still really good without it. They also have non soda drink options thatare pretty good. The price is reasonable as well, I believe the fish and chips was about $10. Read more

This was located inside a busy plaza. We came in a big group and all of us had different experiences ordering our food. We... ordered the combo fish taco plate that came with rice & beans. The rice & beans was not what I expected, it's not thetraditional mexican rice & beans and wasn't very good. The fish tacos were good and crispy. We also ordered the calamari but wedidn't want the combo but we were charged for that. The calamari wasn't good, it was over cooked and tough. It was pretty good, the fish was prepared wonderfully. The side dishes of rice and zucchini were pretty good except the rice had... a few hard pieces of rice that were not cooked, or had dried. The zucchini was pretty good though. The place was very busy andthey still were able to prepare the food quickly. The dining area was clean and well kept. All in all it was pretty good, and wewould certainly return and would recommend, but maybe I wouldn't get the rice next time. Read more

Ordered Rockfish and Shrimp Bowl with drinks. Middle of eating, we find a Lady Bug in Shrimp Bowl! We went back and showed it... the Manager. They only offer to refund the Shrimp Bowl and expected us to trust them on the 2nd plate and eat the other one! Idon't know how they expect us to believe other one was cleaned and washed properly! Also we came here to eat together, not aloneby self and each person eat in different restaurant.
