I normally don?t have issues at this location. However, I ordered a Market salad this past weekend, and discovered a live roach... in my salad. So thankful that I noticed it, and didn?t bite into it. By that point I was sick to my stomach, because I hadalready eaten most of the salad. I called the location 3 times and no one answered. The third time I called back and left adetailed message, asking that a manager return my call. It?s been several days and I haven?t received a call back. That was mylast visit at this location. I've never been to this location. I usually love the service and go just for a breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich when I can... make it by 10:30. I was really disappointed this time when they were out of biscuits and the potatoes looked frost bitten.Couldn't leave the drive thru so I had to get a muffin for my sandwich instead. The muffin and hash browns were gross, couldn'tfinish my meal. Read more
Well first off when we went to order our food there was no one at the register to take our order bunch of workers just walking... on by not acknowledging us then finally after a few minutes they took our order. We did dine in they brought our food and forgotour drinks and sauces and of course the boy was like you need to go up there to get it yourself.. The food was good and theirseasonal peach shake was really good as well.. But all these young teenagers that work there they were just hanging around doingnothing not once as we sat there did they wipe down tables or sweep.. This is the second time I?ve ordered something and not received it. If it was once or not so pricey I wouldn?t mind but come on... guys you have plenty of people working get it right. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A and wish they?d get it together. I pay a premiumto get quality service not be told I need to drive back to get stuff that should?ve been done right the first time. I triedcalling and the line is busy or I?m hung up on what is that? In Texas I never had issues like I do out here. Read more
The best in every aspect. Love the sandwiches, ranch dressings, the special sauce i can never get enough..can i literally swim... in it???????? this place is quite fast as well in drive thru. I spent 20 mins. Where as other places i have to wait 30+ mins. Soyes DEFINITELY recommend it Read more
The service was fine and the atmosphere was fine. It took about 15 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken, egg, and hash brown... bowl, hash browns, three biscuits, and a lemonade. We were at the window for most of that time. The biscuits tasted like theyhad been microwaved. They were not good. The hash browns were almost greasy and we're not good. The biggest issue was thebowl. The chicken bits were not even warm (and I figured that was why we waited so long) and the eggs had a bad taste to themand were a weird texture. I've had this before in the burrito and it was really good. Needless to say it was a disappointment. I returned it for a refund. The lemonade was fine and their ice is awesome. Read more
