We usually go to the hospitality location but wanted to try this location. After waiting 50 minutes and seeing multiple people... who arrived after us receive their food we were told our order was never placed to the kitchen. How are you a server and don?trealize your table hasn?t received their food after 50 minutes?? Also, with kids waiting patiently for their meals. Sad service.Seems careless. 0 stars if I could. Chili's has a great variety of burgers, chicken, steaks and seafood with a little menu for the little ones and a paper activity... menu to keep their attention while waiting for the food. Love the value menu. Pick three with great basic, upgrade and premiumlevels from a big chicken sandwich on the basic, or chicken strips ( chipotle flavor is the best) or premium you can get a 6 ozsteak. They also have an upgrade on the drink for $2.50 you can get a bud light, Coors light or margarita. Read more
Well, this time we had a good time. Well, we usually do. The wait time wasn't to bad at this location, 20-30 mins for being a... Saturday evening. One thing i always appreciate at this chain restaurant is the nice cold beers. And the variety as well. Theservice was good and prompt. The greeters we're very friendly and so was our waiter. The only reason I gave at least one star is because the waiter was great but, DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN FAJITAS!!! Served... undercooked chicken. I ate 1 1/2 strips realizing it was undercooked. Sick the entire night and next day! Why are amateur cooksin the kitchen? You could kill somebody! Read more
This place is great if you have noisy, messy kids and want a reasonably priced meal. Service has been good overall. The food is... great for a chain restaurant. But best of all, I don't feel like I need to leave if my two-year-old lets out a bloodcurdlingshriek or two. Read more
