My husband and I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem until today. The customer service was a ?0.? The... hostess, Jacqueline, speaks VERY quietly so we couldn?t understand a word she said. From the time we sat down and waited for thewaitress to get our order, we were already there for 20 minutes. The waitress was the only one working our area but she gave usdirty looks (same with the hostess). Maybe hire some people with good attitude that actually want to work. Read more
I believe it is family run. Food was excellent. Prices were ok. Service was ok. Waitress seemed in a rush though we were there... at 3 pm so maybe they had other things to do. We'll be back however. Read more
2nd visit, waitress was very rude. Had to ask for each and every piece of silverware, and drink set up at bar ready to serve,... which we had to go up and get it ourselves. She wouldn't even give us our bill. Had to ask bartender for it. She was notonly rude but totally incompetent as well. Many other complaints as well. Wouldn't go back there because of her!!! This Cucas has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I put in a mobile order for 8 people on Sunday around... 6:30pm. On Google it said they close at 8pm. My mobile order goes through and I make the 20 minute drive from where I was to therestaurant. I go in and tell the hostess I?m here to pick up my mobile order. She asks for my name and then proceeds to tell methat they canceled my order because they ?closed early today? then gives me this tough luck expression on her face with zeroapology. The restaurant was full of people eating and there was a man behind me picking up his to go order that they hadprepared. They had not closed early. Furthermore I looked at my email history and they waited a full 10 minutes to cancel myorder after I had initially placed it and the app said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. The best I can gather is thekitchen saw I had placed a larger order and was too lazy to make it since it was 1 hour before closing. Unacceptable! I will notbe coming here ever again. Read more
We've been here several times, but have never left a review. My fajitas were excellent, I even had enough to take home for next... day lunch. The beans and rice were good as well. My wife loved the carne asada Fries, and she too had left overs for next daylunch. The beer was nice and cold. The chips were hot and fresh made. The salsa was good too. They were busy, but onceseated they served us quickly. Read more
