We went in the evening/night for a treat, we get the new ultimate chocolate shakes, if you're a big fan of chocolate this item... will make you smile, the drive thru line was moving a little slow. Overall good experience. Read more

I give them a zero if I could Not only did they get the order wrong they refused to correct it stating we got what we paid... for. The employees took our order repeated it back to us several times so we thought we got what we asked for. Got home insteadof loaded tiny tacos go regular tiny tacos. We were Not given a receipt. Instead of fixing the problem the employees refuse todo anything stating we ordered tiny tacos not loaded tiny tacos. I don?t know what has happened to customer service but theseemployees lack any care for the patron. This jack in the Box was a complete disaster. When I walked in there wasn?t no one to be found at the front counter so I went to... the bathroom and it was a Wreck, and what made it so unacceptable, they just opened, so I got there at 6:20am; so that meansthey never clean up the bathrooms ever, and perhaps the table neither. I was the only person there and it took 20min to get myfood. Terrible!!! Read more

Nice. Not real friendly to walk up, food was standard fare however I finally saving my order I was given a friendly smile and... white appeared to be a genuine have a nice day. It was late in the day and even I had an attitude. That smile really helped methrough the rest of my day and allowed me to shed some of the negative that I had accumulated during the day. Food was the same,the attitude changed the game. Read more
