I gave it 4 stars because one of the bathrooms was pretty gross. But the cashier was so friendly and sweet. I got a order of... monster tacos cuz they're my all time fav and a vanilla sweet cream coffee. Yum, so good. Read more
It was midnight, I was cruising on my Chopper, saw jacks, pull thru for a double jack. My chopper's LOUD, so I pulled around... front... And a Sweet, nice, Lady, maybe shift lead, unlocked the door, asked me to come in and she Let me Dine IN afterhours. She has nice frame glasses... I grubbed!... Thanked her, and Rode home ???? There lazy rude unfriendly must be new ownership lacking customer service they try to handle you in the drive thru always... burning the church's chicken. Really need to work on customer service and reset the time on stove to stop burning thechicken. Read more
The Asian girl at the window was very rude to us. Ask for fork she gave me like dozen of them I had to give them all back but... one then we went back in the Drive-Thru because we never had any napkins. I had a Juicy Hamburger which was one of the besthamburgers I ever had at Jack In The Box but it sure would have been nice to have some napkins. And when I got the napkins shegave me a large amount of napkins which was fine I actually used them all. But the people in the background were chuckling likeit was funny the way she was treating people. I think that the management there needs to be reprimanded by corporate because howthat place is run is absolutely ridiculous. It makes me wonder if they did anything to the food? Read more
Got what we expected from a Jack in the box. The food was consistent to other Jack restaurants. What stood out for me where the... fries, we ordered regular fries and they were fresh, it had a nice crunch, but still soft in the center. We probably got luckyand received fries from a freshly changed oil fryer. Read more
This place is always quick and the staff are very friendly. I almost always get my order worth no issue, this time I pulled... away without my drink but that could have been equally my fault. I can always count on them for ice cream, unlike everyone elselate at night they never seem to have excuses not to serve shakes. Read more
Ordered 3 bacon biscuits with no cheese. Received 1 with cheese. Cheese wasn't even melted. All 3 biscuits were under cooked and... cold. Read more
