My family and I waited with anticipation for this location to finally open up (along with everyone else in the area) and we... finally got to stop by and try the food. I have to say, having McDonald's right across the street, maybe we had too high ofexpectations for this place to be just as good as their neighbors... but I've had better tasting food from the Jack in the Box'sin San Bernardino! This location may be new and pretty, but their employees are not friendly, and their food is not fresh! Andalthough they had about 10ish+ employees there tonight, they still managed to leave out the cheesecake I ordered. There was aline in the drive thru so I parked and got down instead. Once I got home, I realized the food was nearly burnt, No, not nearly,it was burnt! My curly fries was a bag of the small, not curly fries that get left over at the bottom of the batch, my food wasthrown in the bags carelessly, and WORST OF ALL, my cheesecake had MOLD on it!! I can't believe I had to go back because theyforgot to add it, all for a piece of moldy cake that I already paid for. Do better Jack in the box employees, pay attention toyour timers, serve your food how YOU would want it served to YOU, CHECK YOUR DAMN INVENTORY AND CIRCULATE THE FOOD! Food wasn?t ready so we?re spending time at window holding up line. Two orders of fries were burnt, and chicken strips we... ordered turned out to be cold. You would have thought having to pull around to the parking lot would have resulted in at leastwarm food! First time going to this brand new jack in the box. Large dining area is good. No line to wait in and food in my hand in about 5... minutes. The place was empty so I had the whole dining area to myself. That was my first visit. I decided to go a second timethis week but was disappointed. As I park my car i see 1 person enter, soon after that person walks out with his order. I walkup and go to open the doors but guess what. They are locked. So I go to the other door. It's locked too. Apparently they lockthe doors when they need to clean. Why lock out customers when cleaning.? I don't get it. Can't they clean when people areinside? Thought they'd be getting better as the new wore off but their wait times are horrible and they close there lobby at 7pm??? No... signs posted for lobby times its just closed whenever they feel like it. We waited for so long for this location to open up onlyto be disappointed by the slowness. Yes, the staff themselves are friendly. We have gone several different times to give it afair chance but this is ridiculous. Day shift seems to run better than night by far. Whatever MANAGER(S) is running thenight(s), honestly, why can't you do better??? Went threw drive through. Wait an hour to receive my order. When I received my meal it wasn't even cooked threw and was cut ... Pieces and threw in a box. This does not look like chicken strip tenders. Recorded videos of the staff screwing around insidethe store and even witness and employee lick The customer shake and put the lid on it and place it to the side to be given tothe customer. Gross! Super slow wait times and nobody takes wrong orders seriously. Waited 15 minutes for a club chicken sandwich with no lettuce... only to get a spicy chicken patty with two buns and that's it. Couldn't go in to fix it since the lobby was closed, overall badattitude from the workers from the times I went but hopefully as the location is open longer they get their act together. Read more

Much needed management. Waited some time to be helped. Got the order to go. When I got home, I noticed a crack in my cup and... leaking. I know whoever made it knew it was there because they tried patching it up with stickers. Last, I found a small fly inone of the tacos. Read more
