if i could leave zero stars i would. i ordered 2 smoothies on the jamba juice app, one for me and one for my 76 year old... grandparents so they could split it, and had them delivered because i just had surgery and didn't really feel up to drivingacross town. i got my delivery and noticed that one of my smoothies had little green chunks of plastic all through it. i took itdown and stated that there was plastic in my smoothie and that i wanted it remade and a refund on the drink and when i said thati wanted the refund the "manager" gave me a rude face their night manager and the other girl that was working there thought thatwe had stirred the plastic in ourselves...like uhh i'm sorry but why would i do that? i got the drink remade and when i askedabout the refund they said that i had to contact doordash for the refund. i again stated and showed that i ordered it throughthe jamba app not doordash. she was like well i don't know how you got it delivered then cause we don't work with doordash onour app...my grandfather then called to get the name of the manager and to tell them how bad the service was and she hung up onhim. i don't know about you guys but i don't think i'll ever return to jamba juice..there are a lot of other juice bars aroundtown... 1 star because not open during "open" hours. Posted hours on the door, website, and Google indicate opening at 7am. I was there... at 7:45am. Doors still locked, no visible employees. Another customer also showed up disappointed that they were not open. Please post correct hours to avoid inconvenience for potential customers. Read more

My husband and I came in at 8:40 for a smoothie. As soon as we entered, the ladies said they were closing and if we wanted a... drink, to order online, but other than that they?re not accepting orders because they?re closing and ?have to mop.? I asked whattime they closed and they said 9:30. I know stores do things differently, but these girls were not the nicest and seemed likethey wanted to leave early. This location seems to close early a lot. Read more

Don't bother trying to order juice here. Even though it's on the menu, they said they don't make juice here and they act like... you are dumb for even asking. Read more

1st time at this location. Don't waste your time here. 80% of the menu SOLD OUT. I asked if all just sold out today. Employee... said this happens a lot because they're busy and that most was sold out yesterday. I said someone is not taking inventorycorrectly, more should be ordered. Employee stated inventory is not on a as need basis, but on a budget. I said that doesn'tmake sense if there's room for more money to be made. Aside this, which is clearly out of employee's reach, they were nice. Inmy opinion, the store should close if they have no options and open when they do. Very disappointing. I'm trying Juice It Upnext time I'm in the area, it's close by. Read more

I used to love coming to Jamba juice however it's not the same anymore. They rarely update their menu and add something new plus... the prices have gone up tremendously. And if your looking for a vegan snack, you'll pay easily five dollars for a small andunflavored dish. Read more

Maybe my worst Jamba Juice experience. Came in on a Sunday for an açaí bowl. Was told they had no blueberries. I was... surprised but went with it. Asked to add peanut butter since they didn?t have them but no peanut butter either. Shocking. Iwasn?t asked if I wanted another type of butter but had to ask. Otherwise the experience was good. The food tasted good. Placeis clean. Read more
