This is probably one of the best McDonald?s. The manager here is amazing. They had a super busy lunch rush with the Halloween... happy meal pails and he was working the hardest. He was out there rushing around, but still made sure customers were taken careof. He also asked the employees to make sure they were all doing okay. I really respect that kind of management. If I could leave no stars I would. Usually this place is pretty great (during lunch time) took my family for dinner... My... chipotle wrap had NO CHIPTOLE SAUCE, dude said oops sorry I forgot so heres a side of it, the tortilla was burnt to a crisp sobad it literally crumbled when I picked it up and the meat was so over cooked it literally had char on it ???????? my familiessubs were just as bad as mine. needless to say ill never go back to this location which is a huge bummer because like i saidbefore-lunch time its always been good Read more
After being stuck in traffic for 3 hours I stopped at this location. I placed my order with a female employee. I told her I... needed 5 subs. Then the male employee rang me up and supposedly repeated my order. After I paid I realized I was missing 2 subs.The employee then gets upset and gives me attitude stating that's why he repeated my order! I told him I assumed they knew whatthey were doing and knew how to properly take an order!!! The male employee tried to argue with me. I requested someone elseassist me. If they would do their job efficiently I wouldn't have to be verifying if my order was taken correctly and receivinghis attitude. Read more

UPDATE JUNE 29,2021 Stopped in at Jersey Mikes Subs at their Mentone/Redlands location and ordered their #13 "Classic Italian... Cold Cut" sandwich on their fresh and tasty rosemary and parmesan bread and had a huge smile on my face after eating it! Iwashed it down with a can of Stubborn Vanilla Creme Soda The team at Jersey Mikes is very friendly and courteous evan thoughthey were very busy with the lunch crowd.The line moved quickly so everyone was happy!
