I've gone to this place before, 2 or 3 weeks ago. I usually pick up a sandwich and take it to my Bible study. This morning when... I walked in I wasn't greeted, like usual, and when I was talked to the lady was so rude. She rudely told me, with attitude, thatI couldn't get a sandwich that they were only doing breakfast. There were NO signs anywhere that said that they just didbreakfast from 9am to 10pm. If you are going to do this there should be some signage that says so. First time at a Jersey Mike's and I'm really happy with it. I didn't get my sandwich maker's name, unfortunately but he is the... only guy on duty right now (2/26/22 @ 4pm) he was super helpful and the sandwich is delicious. I normally don?t review chains very often, but this place is too good to not review. First: the staff is incredibly friendly.... They make everyone feel welcome and always pay attention to you as you have your sub made. I had avoided JM?s locations foryears because I always saw the ?every sub includes Mike?s way? and thought that meant I couldn?t have it made MY way. But oneday I went in and asked and they confirmed it was fully customizable, ?mike?s way? is just a guide for the most commontoppings. I settled in on my on favorite way, and they get it right all the time. But that?s secondary, even sub-par gets thatpart right. What I appreciate about this place, aside from the above, is: Quality ingredients: fresh lettuce, fresh pickles,fresh onions, fresh tomatoes. Their employees don?t just throw stuff on, they look at what they?re putting on and tossbad-looking veggies. The lunch meat, like at all JM locations is sliced fresh when you order it, not sitting around inprepackaged baggies. Bread baked fresh (standard for sub shops these days). They really seem to love when someone wants aspecial order, often commenting on how good a particular customer?s combination looks. The sweet tea is also amazing. Sometimestoo amazing. A good size dining room, and nice patio seating also. One last thing, and the reason I really love them, they areDILIGENT about cleanliness. They wipe down the sandwich assembly area after every customer, so you don?t have to worry aboutcross contamination between someone else?s extra vinegar and your no-vinegar sub. They also always wipe down the knives betweensubs. (Which is why I stopped going to sub-par) Pictured is my favorite. Pleasant visit. I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in about 5 years. And to be honest we only visited this time because my son's... got a gift certificate for free kids meal.
